As the proprietor of a fitness management company, I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer (BFY SPORTS, affiliated with ACE), Yoga Teacher (S-VYASA University under Dr. Nagendra, the yoga guru of PM Shri Narendra Modi), and a sportsman. With over 20 years of experience, I have trained more than 200 clients, including high-profile individuals like Yash Birla and Raj Popley. Our company has grown from a club management firm with 10 employees to a property management company with around 1,000 employees. From 2015 to 2017, we managed payroll for 7,000 Dmart outlets and handled society accounting for 200 societies.
We offer pre-project training and onsite experience for all staff to enhance operational skills and conduct regular grooming sessions to maintain high service standards. Our company is fully compliant with government norms. Our Operations Management team includes 2 CEOs, 6 Operations Managers, 5 Engineers, 7 Supervisors, 2 Housekeeping Trainers, 4 Accountants, and 2 HR Managers and Executives. With an annual turnover of around 17 crore, we aim to grow to 20 crore in 2024-2025 and are in the process of obtaining ISO registration and accreditation.
